By accessing, downloading, or using the TalesFM Platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

TalesFM grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, strictly in accordance with these Terms.

The Platform provides access to radio broadcasts and content originating from third-party stations. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of these third parties.

The TalesFM Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive to provide a high-quality, uninterrupted service, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, that the Platform will be error-free, secure, or continuously available.
